looks like a real big apple-problem, what caused me to think it was the "Journalist" program that crashed my mac and destroyed quite some work. Some mac-forums write about minor difficulties by installing programs under 10.4 and 10.5, but I never had this trouble with macs, and it was not a minor repairable installer-package "bug".

The solution would be to install "Hindenburg Journalist" on macs using OSX 10.6 and up, thus avoiding my problem and then using this recommendable program for your radio work.

On this site I want to encourage anyone of You to contact Hindenburg systems, they are very helpful people and tried to find out what happened to me, and my warning to colleages I gave out too early, sorry for that, so, I will try the "Hindenburg Journalist" program when I get my mac properly running again, it looks like "Journalist" is a real easement for the whole workflow -  Reb

We were of course very sad to hear that one of our users experienced a permissions crash on his Mac OSX 10.5 machine while installing our software. However, I can assure you that there is no Trojan or Virus in Hindenburg Journalist - it was a false alarm. It was purely coincidental that this crash occurred while installing our program.

The problem was caused by the Apple installer called Packagemaker, in combination with a very special set of circumstances on OSX 10.5. Thousands of people have installed the program with no problems, before and after Col. Reb Custer’s crash. This crash can be triggered by the installation of ANY program made with Package Maker in MAC OSX 10.5 & 10.4.

It is well documented on the internet by both Apple and independent sources. This has nothing to do with our software. It was purely co-incidental that it was being installed when the problem occurred.

ich denke mal du hast dem verbreiter das auch mitgeteilt ..vlt hat er ja ein rat

Ich bin ganz optimistisch... und wir hatten die woche wieder die möglichkeit unser Programm aufzu werten dank einger musik vermarkter, die uns nun fast täglich mit musik bestücken ..brand neu mit infos  und allem drum und drann

*Rechtschreibung ist mir heute ein fremdwort....

dann melde ich mich hiermit mal zu Wort.

Wir hatten ja schon ganz kurz darüber Gesprochen (per PN) und ich meinte auch zu dir das ich finde das deine Homepage gut ist. Sie ist ohne viel Schnickschnack und auf setzt auf das wichtigste "nämlich dem zuhören".

Ich find dafür das es bis jetzt noch eine "one man show" ist und du jetzt schon dein Musikkonzept ein bisschen umgestellt hast und schon 100 Hörer erreicht hast (vor allem innerhalb 12 Wochen) ist das ein gutes Ergebniss.

Du brauchst viel Geduld und Kraft, vor allem aber auch Hilfe(Mitarbeiter).

Überleg dir was für eine Zielgruppe du hast/möchtest und überleg dann wie du sie am besten Ansprechen kannst.

Facebook ist heutzutage sehr wichtig (die Amerikaner nützen Facebook fast nur noch - fürs Marketing) aber wir in Deutschland sind noch nicht soo integriert darin. Wir nützen Facebook hauptsächlich Privat.

P.S.: Gute Werbung ist dann gut - wenn man nicht erkennt das es Werbung ist.
